Our simple booking process ensures your event is a sweet success from start to finish.
Contact us with your desired date, time, estimated guest count, and package preference. We require a minimum of 14 days' notice for standard events and 30 days' notice for weddings, corporate events, or requests for custom flavors.
To secure your date, a signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required.
For events booked 14-29 days in advance, choose from our Standard Event Menu. For events booked 30+ days in advance, choose from our Full Signature Menu and have the option to request custom flavors (subject to an additional fee and ingredient availability).
The final guest count and remaining balance are due ten (10) days prior to your event.

$100 per additional hour.
Add a selection of 3-4 toppings (sprinkles, chocolate sauce, whipped cream, etc.). +$2 per guest.

Offer your guests pre-packed pints ($8) and quarts ($12) to take home.
Option A: You provide the signage (we provide dimensions), and we will hang it for you at no additional cost.
Option B: We design, print, and hang the signage for a quoted additional fee.
Important details to ensure a smooth event.
A 50% non-refundable deposit and signed agreement are required to reserve your date. The final balance is due ten (10) days prior to the event.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date will require payment of the full event balance, as ingredients will have been sourced and production scheduled.
Events outside of Mount Pleasant and unincorporated Charleston County may incur a travel fee based on mileage. Bookings requiring significant travel must be made at least 30 days in advance.
